About CreditImpact
CreditImpact is credit repair dispute software for credit repair agencies and businesses. It connects a client's Current 3B through SmartCredit, analyzes every account across all three bureaus and builds the dispute strategy.
Your agency chooses which accounts move forward and which route each one takes: Finding Dispute, Authorized User or Duplicate Account. CreditImpact then drafts the bureau-specific letters and builds the bureau packages, which your agency can mail through CreditImpact or mail itself.
Context
The problem
Credit dispute workflows at most agencies are still heavily manual, inconsistent across cases, and driven by generic letter templates rather than structured case logic. The analysis work, including reviewing the report, identifying what is disputable, and selecting the right dispute path, is often undocumented and disconnected from the draft that eventually goes out.
The result is workflows that are hard to scale, hard to audit, and difficult to improve systematically because the case reasoning is never captured in a structured form.
Product
What CreditImpact does
CreditImpact gives credit repair agencies one place to work the dispute side of every case: the Current 3B, the findings, the dispute strategy, the accounts and routes the agency chose, the bureau packages and the Rounds. It is not a CRM.
- Credit report analysis: every account on the Current 3B is worked across Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, and the findings are surfaced for your agency.
- A dispute strategy for each case: CreditImpact connects the findings back to the accounts and builds the strategy. Your agency then chooses which accounts move forward and which route each one takes.
- Bureau-specific letters and bureau packages: drafted from the route your agency chose and tied to the findings and evidence behind the dispute, not pulled from a generic template library.
- Every Round from the current report: when your agency starts the next Round, CreditImpact analyzes a fresh Current 3B and builds the strategy again.
A note on responsible workflows
CreditImpact is software for credit repair agencies, not a credit repair service. We do not promise deletions, score improvements, or specific bureau outcomes, and we do not file disputes online with the bureaus. CreditImpact drafts the bureau-specific letters and builds the bureau packages. Once the agency confirms the mailing, CreditImpact mails them by First Class Mail, Certified Mail or Certified Mail + Electronic Return Receipt; the agency can also download them and mail them itself, within its own compliance workflow.
