Credits are the usage balance used for supported paid actions throughout CreditImpact.
Per account. Analysing the credit report uses no Credits. After the analysis you choose which accounts to dispute and which route to use for each one, and the Credit cost of that exact selection is shown before you confirm. A Finding Dispute is 60 Credits per account, an Authorized User dispute is 48 Credits per account, and a duplicate pair is one dispute charged once at 60 Credits. Credit pack prices are unchanged, so the same pack now covers more Finding Disputes.
No. Under the pricing model presented on this page, supported dispute and mailing services use the same Credit balance.
The final mailing requirement depends on the mailing service and the size of the completed dispute packet. Each page after the first adds 3 Credits, and a packet of six or more pages adds a 64-Credit large-packet adjustment. CreditImpact calculates this automatically before the mailing is confirmed.
